Framing Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled Framing Carpenter to join our team at Canadian Sofa Solution Ltd. as a key member of our construction team.
Key Responsibilities- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements and ensure compliance with building codes.
- Layout Preparation: Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools to ensure accuracy and precision.
- Material Handling: Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials to create high-quality structures.
- Installation and Finishing: Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware to ensure a seamless and professional finish.
- Site Management: Schedule and coordinate work on sites to ensure efficient project completion and minimal disruptions.
- Maintenance and Repair: Maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures in various establishments, including mills, mines, hospitals, and industrial plants.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
- Client Focus: Prioritize client satisfaction and ensure that all work meets their expectations.
- Judgement and Decision-Making: Exercise sound judgement and make informed decisions to ensure project success.
- Reliability and Punctuality: Maintain a high level of reliability and punctuality to ensure timely project completion.
