Position Overview:

Become a vital member of our innovative team as a Reconciliation Analyst, a role essential for the precise and timely handling of our high-volume transactions. As part of our core reconciliation unit, you will have the chance to advance into a Financial Analyst position within our organization, provided you exhibit dedication and skill.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform weekly and monthly accounting tasks, focusing on reconciling various AR/AP account transactions.
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly Journal Entries.
  • Verify documentation from multiple input sources.
  • Efficiently process, validate, and reconcile large and complex transactions.
  • Organize and maintain pertinent files, reports, working papers, and data documentation.
  • Identify and investigate unreconciled transactions; develop effective solutions.
  • Communicate insights regarding internal and external discrepancies and suggest actionable solutions.
  • Quickly adapt to procedural changes; proactively seek improvements in our reconciliation processes.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and provide support to managers as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or currently pursuing one.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to quickly understand various information sources used in accounting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a high accuracy rate.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Capability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
  • A passionate and enthusiastic approach to work.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
