Financial Analyst

CBI Health is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for preparing timely and accurate monthly financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting analysis for financial statement line items.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare monthly operational financial statements, including high-level review of revenue, labor, and overhead.
- Monitor and report on the collections cycle of the operations.
- Prepare monthly financial and statistical operational efficiency and effectiveness measures.
- Complete monthly balance sheet analysis for all accounts on the Consolidated Balance Sheet, along with supporting documentation and explanation of variances as required.
- Assist in the preparation of Operational Budgets/Forecasts.
- Annual preparation of Year-End Working Papers.
- Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor Business Administration/Management.
- Currently enrolled in the CPA (CA, CMA, CGA) program.
- 1 to 3 years of financial report analysis, account analysis and reconciliation, A/P, or A/R.
- Working knowledge of Netsuite is an asset.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel.
