Key Responsibilities- Packaging and Shipping: Coordinate the packaging and shipping of Alma Lasers products and accessories to meet customer demands.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory counts, track stock levels, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming shipments for damages and defects, and report any issues to the relevant teams.
- ERP System Management: Update the ERP system with accurate shipment data, including virtual warehouse transfers.
- Reporting and Analysis: Reconcile shipment reports from suppliers with warehouse receipts, and provide insights to improve supply chain efficiency.
- Inventory Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop inventory plans, including purchase quantity recommendations.
- Cycle Counting: Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
- Spare Parts Management: Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Education: High school degree, Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Positive attitude, excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Applications (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, inventory management, or a related field.
