Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and physically capable Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products in and out of our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and Processing: Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verify quantities and quality, and process documentation as required.
  • Shipping and Loading: Load and unload materials and products from trucks, trailers, and other vehicles, and ensure accurate and timely shipment of products.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Ensure a safe and organized work environment, maintain equipment and tools, and perform minor repairs as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, or a related field.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
