Position Profile: Research and Policy Analyst (One-Year Term)

The Canadian Centre on Substance Use and Addiction (CCSA) is seeking a highly skilled Research and Policy Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting research and analyzing data to inform policy decisions.

About the Canadian Centre on Substance Use and Addiction

The CCSA is a national organization that brings people and knowledge together to reduce the harm caused by substance use and addiction. We work with governments, healthcare providers, and community organizations to develop and implement evidence-based policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and analyze data to inform policy decisions
  • Develop and implement evidence-based policies and programs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement policy initiatives
  • Provide technical assistance and support to healthcare providers and community organizations

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. public health, policy, research)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in research and policy analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
