About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Policy Analyst to join our team at the Assembly of First Nations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies that support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform policy decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure policy alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Communicate policy recommendations to senior leadership and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. public policy, law, international relations).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in policy development and analysis.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
