Senior Advisory Representative

As a Senior Advisory Representative, you will play a pivotal role in revenue processing and client premium remittance, providing essential inputs for revenue reporting and department forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately and efficiently process revenue to ensure timely and precise submission of quotes, binders, policies, and carrier documents.
  • Support data entry into credit specialty systems and platforms, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an office-based environment, with a preference for candidates with insurance industry experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience with SAP or other accounting software.
  • Background in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of credit specialties and revenue processing.
