Executive Director - Health, Education, Social and Community Services and Membership Organizations

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to lead our Health, Education, Social and Community Services and Membership Organizations team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in leadership, management, and strategic planning, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve strategic objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of senior staff to achieve organizational goals
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build relationships and secure funding
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial sustainability
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership or management role
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
