Job Description

We're seeking an intuitive, passionate, and creative individual to lead our brand's creative strategy and execution. As the Head of Creative, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing and advertising strategies that connect with our target drinker.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute creative strategies that drive viral excitement and intrigue.
  2. Lead and inspire a creative team to produce high-quality, on-brand visual and written content for various platforms.
  3. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute brand-led campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
  4. Manage and mentor an internal design team, external agency partners, and freelancers.
Requirements
  1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in the beverage or traditional CPG industry.
  2. Demonstrated storytelling experience with proven ability to be hands-on in writing and design creation.
  3. Proven track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing creative teams.
  4. Experience working with smaller, rapid growth, and/or start-up brands within a segment.
  5. Strong understanding of design principles, branding, and marketing strategies.
