Job Title: Senior Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team at Makemarks. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients, ensuring their success in our strategic brand building and packaging design environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans to meet client objectives and drive business growth.
  • Manage client expectations, project timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative packaging designs and strategic brand solutions.
  • Provide strategic direction and quality control on all design work to ensure high standards are met.
  • Lead project kick-offs, brainstorming sessions, and client meetings to ensure smooth project workflow.
  • Write briefs in conjunction with clients, aligning on design objectives and design intent.
  • Optimize internal and external resources for efficiency, creativity, and design quality.

Requirements:

  • BA or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Graphic Management Services, or Design.
  • 4-6 years of experience in brand stewardship and account management, with a focus on packaging design and brand strategy.
  • Professional experience as a brand strategist, design manager, senior designer, or account planner is attractive.
