Job Description

The Project Manager (Design) is responsible for the direction and performance of consulting, design, or construction management services for assigned projects, ensuring work is performed in conformance with project objectives and requirements, project performance metrics (e.g., client satisfaction, profitability), and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects that incorporate multiple disciplines, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication among team members.
  • Direct and manage consulting, design, or construction management services for assigned projects, ensuring work is performed in accordance with project objectives and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, creating a positive experience that fosters future work and growth.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of five years of applicable experience, preferably in a design firm or field construction office setting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to lead and manage others effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in acting as an Assistant Project Manager and/or managing one's own discipline/area of expertise in a lead role.
  • Foundational understanding of all core engineering disciplines, project execution, and delivery in a design and construction environment.
