Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at MYRA Systems Corp.

Job Summary:

The Technical Support Specialist will provide technical assistance and support to our customers, ensuring that their computer systems and networks are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems and networks
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve customer satisfaction and reduce technical issues
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless technical support and service delivery
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Cisco certified network associate
  • Citrix certified professional (CCP)
  • CompTIA Security+ Certification
  • Information technology infrastructure library (ITIL) Certification
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
