Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Cellular Point. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Support
- Provide technical assistance and support to customers and internal teams via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
- Network Administration
- Manage and maintain computer networks, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure network security and integrity by implementing and enforcing security protocols.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers and internal teams.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall system performance.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of technical solutions.
- Education
- College or CEGEP diploma in a related field, such as computer science or information technology.
- Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Skills
- Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Work Environment
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Repetitive tasks and attention to detail required.
- Physical Demands
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods.
- Ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
- Benefits
