Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Cellular Point. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support
    • Provide technical assistance and support to customers and internal teams via phone, email, and in-person.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and network connectivity.
    • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
  • Network Administration
    • Manage and maintain computer networks, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
    • Ensure network security and integrity by implementing and enforcing security protocols.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers and internal teams.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall system performance.
    • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of technical solutions.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma in a related field, such as computer science or information technology.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills
    • Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network connectivity.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
