Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Education Programs Director to join our team at Black Belt Taekwondo. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing programs and services, providing technical and professional advice, and leading the daily operations of our sport or recreational organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Develop and implement programs and services that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Leadership: Provide technical and professional advice to staff and stakeholders, and lead the daily operations of the organization.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of professional coaches and athletes.
  • Financial Management: Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure the organization's financial sustainability.
  • Communication: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Conditions: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Physically demanding.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.

  • Budgetary Responsibility: $100,001 - $500,000.
