Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Education Programs Director to join our team at BLACK BELT TAEKWONDO. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing programs and services, providing technical and professional advice, and leading the daily operations of our sport or recreational organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage programs and services to meet the needs of our members and the community
  • Provide technical and professional advice to coaches, athletes, and staff
  • Develop policies and procedures to implement programs and services
  • Recruit and manage professional coaches and athletes
  • Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
  • Lead and instruct groups, including apprentices and students
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures, and attend to other management responsibilities
  • Demonstrate and instruct athletic, fitness, or sports activities and techniques
  • Coach and instruct apprentices and students
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
Requirements
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years or more of experience in a related field
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Physically demanding
