Insurance Sales Professional

We are a leading insurance agency seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Account Manager. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for effectively communicating insurance products to clients, meeting deadlines with accuracy and thoroughness, and reaching monthly sales targets.
As a Sales Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing them with expert advice and guidance on insurance products. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, ensuring that clients receive the best possible advice and guidance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services
Qualifications and Experience:
- OTL and/or LLQP License preferred but not required at the time of interview
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication, written, verbal, and listening skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic
- Diligent and hardworking
- Proactive in problem-solving
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Professional demeanor and extraordinary customer service skills
