We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at RED SWAN PIZZA STONEBRIDGE. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality food and service.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution: Plan and execute menus that meet the tastes and dietary needs of our customers, while also ensuring that our kitchen operations are efficient and cost-effective.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service and food quality.
- Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.
- Quality Control: Inspect our kitchen and food service areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that our customers receive their food in a timely and efficient manner.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
