Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the quality of food and service meets established standards
  • Oversee financial planning and budget management
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste
  • Compile and present operational reports
  • Supervise the assembly of trays and the delivery of food services
  • Develop and manage staff work schedules

  • Supervise a small team of 3-4 staff members
