About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Team Member to join our team at 3 Guys And A Stove. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they are clean and well-maintained.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment to maintain inventory levels and ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure smooth kitchen operations and high-quality food production.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Recruit and hire staff to meet the needs of our kitchen operations.
