About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Consultant to join our team at High Grade IT Solutions Inc. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development
    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Event Planning and Execution
    • Plan and execute events, workshops, and conferences to promote our products and services.
    • Develop and manage event budgets and logistics.
  • Content Creation
    • Develop and implement content marketing strategies to engage with our target audience.
    • Write and edit press releases, articles, and other marketing materials.
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Analytics and Reporting
    • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our marketing strategies.
    • Provide regular reporting and insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting.
  • Skills
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
