About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Consultant to join our team at High Grade IT Solutions Inc. as a key member of our business development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies

Design and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our products and services, increase brand awareness, and drive business growth.

Conduct Market Research

Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Manage Sales and Marketing Operations

Oversee the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies, including lead generation, lead nurturing, and conversion.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

Work closely with our sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing and sales initiatives.

Measure and Analyze Performance

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing and sales efforts and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a business development role.

Skills

Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and managing sales and marketing operations.

Language

Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
