ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Fireplace Sales Consultant at Powrmatic, you will work under the guidance of the Branch Director to foster client relationships, drive sales, and meet strategic objectives. If you have a passion for client interaction and sales, and excel in a collaborative setting, this role is for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities for this position include:

  • Engaging with clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable products.
  • Identifying and pursuing potential clients while evaluating their market presence.
  • Possessing comprehensive knowledge of our product offerings.
  • Collaborating with the customer service team to follow up with clients.
  • Monitoring regular and promotional product programs.
  • Maintaining accurate client records.
  • Meeting company-defined sales targets.
  • Effectively utilizing software applications.
  • Providing technical support and training to clients.
  • Offering documentation and commercial assistance to both existing and prospective clients.
  • Willingness to work occasional weekends and attend events outside standard hours.
  • Readiness to travel for training and client meetings as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Familiarity with fireplace products or the relevant industry.
  • Experience in external sales of products.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to positively influence others.
  • Business acumen with a high degree of integrity and professionalism.
  • Proven ability to establish strong client relationships with measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in computer tools.
  • Possession of a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
