Job Summary

The Administrative Secretary 2 will provide critical support to the Prairie Mountain Health team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client experiences. This role is an integral part of the healthcare team, requiring a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including reception duties, appointment scheduling, and documentation.
  • Ensure client confidentiality and maintain a welcoming, organized environment for clients and staff.
  • Perform a range of clerical tasks, including data entry, report preparation, and mail distribution.
  • Assist with meeting planning, equipment ordering, and inventory management.
  • Provide backup support to other administrative staff as needed.
  • Manage petty cash, process payments, and reconcile accounts.
  • Enter and maintain payroll schedules for program staff and managers.
  • Manage workload, prioritize tasks, and report urgent matters to management.
