We are a reputable accounting firm seeking a highly skilled Finance Officer to join our team. As a Finance Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping

Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts payable/receivable.

Accounting and Bookkeeping

Perform various accounting and bookkeeping tasks, such as reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation.

Payroll and Benefits Administration

Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, as well as manage benefits administration.

Financial Reporting

Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Compliance and Risk Management

Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and identify and mitigate financial risks.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.

Experience

At least 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.

Skills

Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
