Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Officer to join our team at RNG Immigration Consultancy Ltd.
Job Summary:The Finance Officer will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts payable and receivable.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Payroll Administration: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, and reconcile accounts.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including tax laws and accounting standards.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a finance-related role.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, Quick Books, and Simply Accounting.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, reliable, and time management.
The Finance Officer will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong organizational and time management skills.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Hours of Work:40 hours per week.
