Marketing Strategy and Operations Director

Job Summary:

The Director, Marketing Strategy and Operations will be a critical leader and team-member for Canada Marketing, responsible for driving the planning process for Marketing. You will work closely with the CMO and the Canada Marketing leadership team to develop the Marketing Plan for Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the Marketing Plan for Canada, aligning with Global Marketing
  • Lead the process to identify KPIs and set targets in support of the plan to establish Marketing's scorecard
  • Monitor and report on the execution of the marketing plan, including tracking of Marketing's scorecard and key reporting events
  • Manage the Book of Work for Marketing, including all marketing campaigns and initiative spend

Requirements:

  • Experience in marketing; experience in digital marketing an asset
  • Strong investigative and critical thinking skills with the ability to perform critical analysis with limited oversight
  • Ability to consistently deliver high-quality results (attention to detail) within tight deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree required (Master's an asset)
