Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Marketing and Brand Strategy to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that connects the right customers to our brand and builds customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Identity and Brand Guidelines: Develop and own our brand identity and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing touch points.
  • Lifecycle Marketing and Email Marketing: Own lifecycle marketing and email marketing to drive higher prospect-to-trial conversion rates.
  • Lead Generation: Drive high-quality leads in the mid-market segment for our sales team.
  • Demand Generation: Generate demand and increase top-of-funnel metrics, measured by increased visitors and qualified leads.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure alignment with brand guidelines across the organization and provide education to all areas of the organization about our customer.
  • Performance Reporting: Monitor progress and submit performance reports. Source, evaluate, prioritize, test, implement, and optimize innovative methods for reaching and converting new customers to support business goals and objectives.
  • KPI Development: Develop KPIs, measure, and report on them.
  • Content Planning and Creation: Direct and inspire content planning and creation.
  • CRM Strategy: Oversee the development of effective CRM strategy and plans and ensure that all online and offline marketing integrate around a CRM approach.
  • Marketing Strategy: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of our company's business activities.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years of enterprise B2B marketing experience as a PMM, with relevant experience as a marketing leader ideally from an online/e-commerce environment.
  • Previous experience in eCommerce or FinTech is a definite asset.
  • Strong understanding of brand and direct marketing.
  • Degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success using marketing analytics, customer feedback, customer value, behavior, segmentation, and targeting techniques and tools.
  • Ability to develop and execute multiple priorities and approaches to meet objectives.
  • Exceptionally strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an ability to clearly identify strategic issues and make tough decisions.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects across product lines.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and a roll-up-the-sleeves work ethic - must be comfortable with ambiguity and rapid rates of change.
