About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our Chef de Cuisine and other department heads to ensure seamless execution of our service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Develop and implement effective service standards and procedures to ensure high-quality customer service

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner

Requirements

  • Diploma in Hospitality or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and inventory management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
