Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team at Starbucks. As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores during scheduled shifts. You will be responsible for leading a team of partners, delegating tasks, and creating an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of partners to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and comfortable store environment.
  • Assist the store manager in executing store operations, including opening and closing duties.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to partners to ensure operational excellence and improve performance.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by recognizing and addressing individual motivation, needs, and concerns.
  • Follow all cash management and cash register policies to ensure the safety of all partners.
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers.
  • Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment.
  • Ability to direct the work of others.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • Effective oral communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the retail environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • French language fluency in reading, writing, and verbal is required.
