Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Parts Coordinator to join our team at Davidson Contract Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ordering parts, and ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory control system.

Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records on our inventory control system, ensuring that all parts are properly tracked and accounted for.
  • Parts Ordering: Order parts and materials as needed to support our operations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inventory transactions.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to team members as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Work Setting: Experience working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in inventory control software.
  • Personal Suitability: Dependability, excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.
