About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Jaxartes Logistics Inc. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our company's products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Communication Strategies

Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with our target audience and promote our brand.

Develop Policies

Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in our marketing efforts.

Evaluate Communication Strategies and Programs

Evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing strategies and programs, and make recommendations for improvement.

Oversee the Preparation of Public Written Material

Oversee the preparation of public written material, including reports, briefs, and website content.

Prepare Written Material

Prepare written material, including reports, briefs, and website content, to support our marketing efforts.

Perform Administrative Tasks

Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping, to support our marketing efforts.

Recruit and Hire Staff

Recruit and hire staff, including marketing professionals and administrative assistants, to support our marketing efforts.

Answer Written and Oral Inquiries

Answer written and oral inquiries from customers, stakeholders, and other interested parties.

Assist in the Preparation of Brochures, Reports, Newsletters, and Other Material

Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other material to support our marketing efforts.

Gather, Research, and Prepare Communications Material

Gather, research, and prepare communications material, including press releases and social media content.

Conduct Analytical Marketing Studies

Conduct analytical marketing studies to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Develop Portfolio of Marketing Materials

Develop a portfolio of marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and website content.

Conduct Online Marketing, E-commerce, and Website Promotions

Conduct online marketing, e-commerce, and website promotions to engage with our target audience and promote our brand.

Develop Marketing Strategies

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our company's products and services.

Ensure Appropriate Business/Commercial Licenses are in Place

Ensure that all necessary business and commercial licenses are in place to operate our marketing efforts.

Maintain and Manage Digital Database

Maintain and manage our digital database, including customer contact information and marketing data.

Write and Edit Press Releases, Newsletter, and Communications Materials

Write and edit press releases, newsletters, and communications materials to support our marketing efforts.

Supervise Office and Volunteer Staff

Supervise office and volunteer staff, including marketing professionals and administrative assistants.

Requirements
  • Education

College/CEGEP degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in marketing, business administration, or related field.

Language

English language proficiency.

Work Hours

30 to 40 hours per week.
