At 2549467 Alberta Ltd., we are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our organization.
Responsibilities:
* Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
* Answer and direct telephone calls and electronic enquiries
* Maintain office supplies and inventory
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and colleagues
In addition to your administrative duties, you will also have the opportunity to support our diversity and inclusion initiatives by providing training and awareness programs to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers, refugees, and mature workers.
Requirements:
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
