Job Title: Technical Director, Digital Transformation

Farpoint Client is seeking a highly skilled Technical Director to lead its digital transformation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP and CRM systems, as well as experience in AI and machine learning integration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the upgrade of ERP, CRM, and sales systems for seamless interoperability
  • Lead the integration of AI and machine learning to optimize manufacturing processes, inventory management, and customer engagement strategies
  • Strategically manage vendor partnerships and stakeholder relationships to secure optimal technological solutions and services
  • Oversee strategic IT planning and manage execution to ensure alignment with company objectives
  • Ensure that system infrastructure, internet, and application services meet current and future organizational needs
Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of ERP and CRM systems, as well as AI and machine learning integration
  • Proven experience in managing data migration processes and ensuring data integrity
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
