Loblaw Digital is the team behind the online businesses of Canada's largest retailer. We're a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and collaborative team working to create leading eCommerce experiences in various spaces. As the Senior Product Manager, Advertising Platform, you'll have the opportunity to define and evolve our advertising platform, collaborating with teams to release features that meet the needs of our advertisers and advance sales & operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop the vision and roadmap for your product portfolio, ensuring it meets stakeholder needs and is delivered on time.
  • Actively manage your team's backlog, prioritizing, grooming, and resolving dependencies with partner teams.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and align senior leadership on vision & roadmap.
  • Measure success with KPIs including revenue targets, operational efficiencies, feature adoption, and stability.
  • Contribute to the team culture of speed, candor, curiosity, and experimentation in the retail media product organization.
Requirements
  • 5 years of product management experience, preferably in advertising tech.
  • A track record of iterative building to ship features and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to help teams.
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed environment and influencing teams to bring alignment.
  • Solid understanding of agile delivery methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and sift through ambiguity.
