Senior Product Manager, Advertising Platforms

Loblaw Digital is seeking a talented Senior Product Manager to join our team and lead the development of our advertising platform. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for defining and evolving our advertising platform to meet the needs of our advertisers and advance sales & operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop the vision and roadmap for our advertising platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to release features that meet stakeholder needs and are delivered on time.
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritizing and grooming features, and resolving dependencies with partner teams.
  • Align senior leadership on vision and roadmap, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Measure success with KPIs that include revenue targets, operational efficiencies, feature adoption, and stability.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in advertising tech.
  • Proven track record of iterative building and shipping features.
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed environment and influencing teams to bring alignment.
  • Solid understanding of agile delivery methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity.
