Product Lead, Advertising Platform

Loblaw Digital is seeking a talented Product Lead to drive the vision and growth of our advertising platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting the product roadmap, leading the product team, and ensuring the delivery of features that meet the needs of our advertisers and sales & operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the domain vision and roadmap for the Advertising Platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across product, sales, and media operations to ensure alignment and delivery of business needs.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and progress.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to influence and drive product vision.
  • Foster a culture of speed, candor, curiosity, and experimentation within the retail media product organization.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of product management experience in advertising tech, with a track record of iterative building and shipping advertiser-delighting features.
  • Prior experience building and managing scalable platforms.
  • Strong understanding of product management principles and best practices.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Growth mindset, with a willingness to disrupt the status quo and drive innovation.
