Job Summary

WM is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and Close Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve budgeted sales goals.
  • Manage Existing Relationships: Develop and implement sound retention strategies to preserve business and secure contract agreements from existing customers.
  • Grow Billable Value: Maintain and grow billable value in assigned accounts by selling new waste streams, services, and products to current and prospective customers.
  • Initiate Business-to-Business Sales Relationships: Develop and maintain key information in the prospect database to drive sales pipeline growth.
  • Communicate Effectively: Work closely with Area Sales Managers and Plant Managers to resolve unique customer issues and improve customer service and profitability.
Requirements
  • 4 years of work experience in direct business-to-business sales, business-to-business cold calling, and phone-based business-to-business prospecting.
  • Proficient with computer and software applications.
