* Work with the Management Team to identify community development goals and implement work plans
* Identify trends and gaps in service
* Maintain relevant data and statistics on programs
Requirements:
* Post-secondary degree in social sciences or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Minimum 5 years of experience in social services, preferably with individuals facing housing instability
* Knowledge of social housing, homelessness services, and relevant legislation
* Experience in staff management and development
* Fluency in a second language is an asset
* Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to achieve desired outcomes
* Strong organizational and administrative ability, proficient in various computer applications
* Experience with community resources and quality improvement
* Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of evaluation and research software
* Must have up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations approved for use in Canada
