As a Senior Technical Art Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between artists and programmers, ensuring the delivery of visually stunning content that meets the technical requirements of our target platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of artists, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Oversee the artistic direction and maintain high-quality standards throughout the development process.
  • Develop and refine workflows that enhance the efficiency of the Art team.
  • Research and implement new techniques to elevate the quality of game assets.
  • Collaborate closely with the Art Director to align on artistic vision and style.
  • Provide constructive feedback to improve visual quality on a daily basis.
  • Identify and resolve pipeline issues proactively, ensuring smooth production flow.
  • Conduct performance reviews and support recruitment efforts in collaboration with HR.

Qualifications:

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating AAA quality work within game engines.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software for modeling and texturing.
  • In-depth knowledge of real-time rendering techniques and 3D graphics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving artistic styles.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
