About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Langar Seva Meal & Support Services. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments as needed.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
    • Ensure that all office supplies and equipment are properly maintained and replenished.
    • Develop and implement procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors.
  • Special Projects
    • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, including data entry, research, and report preparation.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of new policies and procedures.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • Experience
      • Experience an asset.
    • Skills
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Strong organizational and time management skills.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
