Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Paul's Freightline. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our transportation department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to our transportation team, ensuring the effective allocation of resources and the achievement of business objectives.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our transportation operations.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of our transportation department, ensuring that costs are managed effectively and that revenue targets are met.
  • Customer Service: Foster strong relationships with our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive exceptional service.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, logistics, or transportation.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or management role in the transportation industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
