We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Vice President of Commercial and Industrial Sales, Canada to lead our Canadian sales team and drive business growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve maximum sales volume for our products and services
- Lead and manage the Canadian sales team, including specification and distribution sales teams, as well as national account sellers
- Develop and grow the C&I sales channel by effectively leading our Canadian agency network
- Establish market and target customer strategies in conjunction with the sales leadership team
- Maintain key customer relationships and develop strategies for increasing penetration within our addressable market
- Lead, develop, inspire, and motivate the sales and agency teams to achieve sales goals and initiatives
- Manage the overall sales process, setting appropriate metrics for sales pipeline management
- Oversee the recruiting, hiring, and development of the sales organization
- Implement company promotions and marketing initiatives to achieve goals for the Canadian distribution network
- ~10 years of experience in the lighting/electrical industry
- ~ Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields
- Experience using CRM tools
- Thoroughly analyze problems, making and defending decisions that are well supported by data
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
