Regional Vice President of Commercial and Industrial Sales

Acuity Brands Lighting, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Vice President of Commercial and Industrial Sales to lead our Canadian sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Canadian market.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share in the Canadian market.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including specification community, electrical wholesalers, and contractors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans and strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the lighting or electrical industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and market share.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM tools, such as Salesforce.
