About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Regional Vice President of Commercial and Industrial Sales, Canada to lead our Canadian sales team and drive business growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve maximum sales volume for our products and services in the Canadian market.
- Lead, develop, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals and initiatives.
- Manage the overall sales process, setting appropriate metrics for sales pipeline management.
- Oversee the recruiting, hiring, and development of the sales organization.
- Implement company promotions and marketing initiatives to achieve goals for the Canadian distribution network.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in the lighting/electrical industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience using CRM tools such as SalesForce.com.
- High level of energy and commitment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced matrix environment.
- Experience developing effective relationships with channel partners, including end users, the specification community, electrical wholesalers, and contractors.
Travel Requirements
Travel requirement will vary from 30 – 60%.
