Regional Vice President of Commercial and Industrial Sales

Acuity Brands Lighting, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to lead our Canadian Commercial and Industrial Sales team. As Regional Vice President, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue for our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve maximum sales volume for our products and services
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and initiatives
- Establish and maintain key customer relationships to increase penetration within our addressable market
- Oversee the recruiting, hiring, and development of the sales organization
- Implement company promotions and marketing initiatives to achieve goals for the Canadian distribution network
- 10 years of experience in the lighting/electrical industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
