JOB SUMMARY: Serves as the primary sales representative to enhance transient revenue within designated market segments. Cultivates robust transient client relationships, executes strategies to boost productivity, collaborates with property sales leaders to maximize business opportunities, identifies and secures transient accounts, conducts property tours, promotes upselling opportunities, implements brand service initiatives, and fosters customer loyalty.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; 4 years' experience in sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or a related field.
  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline; 2 years' experience in sales and marketing.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

Managing Sales Activities:

  • Achieves transient revenue objectives by responding to group and catering inquiries, comprehending market dynamics, actively pursuing individuals in targeted segments, securing optimal opportunities, negotiating agreements, collaborating with sales teams, and developing and executing sales and marketing strategies.

Building Successful Relationships:

  • Establishes connections with clients through sales outreach, familiarization trips, etc., nurtures community relationships, engages with external sales channels, delivers outstanding customer service, and gains insights into client needs and business solutions.
