As a Senior Account Executive, you will craft and implement a strategic sales plan aimed at achieving significant revenue growth through cloud subscription sales. It is essential for the Account Executive to stay informed about current and future trends in Digital Transformation, Process Improvement, Data Management, Advanced Analytics, and Application Enhancement. The ability to align customer objectives with Senseability's solutions is crucial.

This role will focus on fostering innovation. A significant aspect of success in this position relies on the Executive's capacity to understand and communicate how Senseability can introduce innovative solutions to clients, enhancing their revenue, profit margins, and competitive standing. You will have the support of various resources within Senseability and will collaborate closely with other teams to meet your goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Articulate the business advantages and value proposition of Senseability's Database, Data Management, and Analytics solutions.
  2. Work in tandem with support teams to maximize revenue from Senseability's offerings.
  3. Identify and analyze customer challenges and translate those into effective Senseability solutions.
  4. Spot opportunities for innovation within client accounts and mobilize resources to demonstrate the innovation's business impact.
  5. Generate new business opportunities in untapped markets.
  6. Manage multiple complex sales processes concurrently.
  7. Secure intricate sales agreements in a competitive landscape to meet sales objectives.
  8. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Senseability's product portfolio and industry developments.

Qualifications:

  1. 5-10 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  2. Hands-on expertise with technologies such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, and others in the data management sector.
  3. Understanding of the business value and positioning of Platform as a Service solutions.
  4. Proficient in forecasting and managing sales cycles, with a proven track record of closing new business.
  5. Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, and execution skills.
  6. Experience in business development, prospecting, and delivering presentations.
  7. A history of surpassing sales targets and developing client accounts.
