Scheduling and CommunicationYou will schedule and confirm appointments, as well as communicate with patients and staff via phone and email.
Supply ManagementYou will order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure the office is well-stocked and running efficiently.
Confidentiality and SecurityYou will maintain the confidentiality and security of patient records and information, adhering to strict protocols and procedures.

Requirements- Education
You will have a College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
ExperienceYou will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a medical office or administrative role.
LanguageYou will be fluent in English.
Work HoursYou will work 30 to 40 hours per week.
