Job Title: Calibration Engineer

BRP is seeking a highly skilled Calibration Engineer to join our team. As a Calibration Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of calibration strategies for our 4-cycle engine and transmission projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement calibration strategies to optimize engine performance, fuel efficiency, and emissions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and test engine control systems.
  • Conduct calibration and validation tests to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Work with development teams to integrate new technologies and features into our products.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports to support calibration activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
  • Relevant experience in engine calibration and development.
  • Strong understanding of engine control systems and calibration strategies.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
